Last Year Was Big For Texas Housing Markets

Last year was big for Texas housing markets!

Let's make it one for you too!!

With all of the businesses moving to Dallas, all of the homes are disappearing. The number of people that are moving to Dallas has put us under the gun to find homes. With the shortage of homes, I am finding that the process of finding a home has become a beating. First you have to find the home , then get into a bidding war for the home, then repeat, repeat, repeat until you finally get one. People are settling for a home they would not normally buy because they are simply worn out in the process. I have several buyers that are looking to build a new home. If this is an option it is a great way to go. New builds are offering great incentives and the builders are eager to get new home buyers.

With all of the new construction that is going on, there is an abundance of builders and locations that will suit your needs. In the article below they talk about how big the market was for last year and the sheer number of homes sold is astonishing. There is every indicator pointing towards 2016 to be the same if not better!
