So many times in the real estate world you run across an agent, buyer, or seller that seems to have no interest in negotiations.  They have only on agenda and that is getting what they want regardless of the outcome of the transaction.  As an agent with the true understanding of what your roll is in a transaction you need to consider finding a common ground territory to accomplish the ultimate goal of getting the deal closed.  It is the agents responsibility to do this.  As hard as it is sometimes to find the common ground it is still your responsibility to find the common ground.  In the Fort Worth office we teach classes that directly address this area of service.  If you are interested in finding out more fill free to contact me any time.
