July 4th a time to celebrate our Independence!  A time to stand proud to be an American.  A time to spend with friends and family and enjoy the beautiful night skies lite up by breathtaking fireworks.  If you are wondering how to spend this holiday weekend, I would recommend a few of the hometown celebrations below for July 3rd and 4th!  Make sure you enjoy the Thursday and Friday festivities.  Catch a parade, enjoy the kid zones and food and make sure you don’t miss the Fire Works but most of all CELEBRATE YOUR FREEDOM!  
 
Roanoke's 3rd Rocks- Independence Day Celebration, Thursday, July 3rd - 6 PM for Roanoke's annual Independence Day Celebration at Roanoke Community Park! Bring the whole family out for a night of fun with bounce houses, rock climbing wall, train rides, food and an AWESOME fireworks show! Also, be sure to join us for live music by Le Freak from 7:30-10:30 PM!
Stars and Stripe in Southlake, Thursday, July 3rd - An evening of family fun, great food, patriotic music, and great fireworks! It all takes place on Thursday, July 3rd, 2014 at 6 PM, in beautiful Southlake, Texas town square! Trophy Club Independence Day Celebration – Friday July 4th - Festivities for the day include: Patriot 5K & Fun Run - Register @ runontexas.com.  Parade of Patriots - The Parade of Patriots will begin at 9:30 a.m. and starts at Byron Nelson High School (BNHS). Celebration and Fireworks - The Independence Day Celebration in Trophy Club is fun for the whole family! Starting at 6:00 p.m. at Independence Park East residents can enjoy live music, bounce houses, food, drinks, face painting, games, and more. Make sure to bring blankets and chairs to enjoy the live band and fireworks, which will begin around 9:30 p.m.
Bedford, TX 4thFEST Independence Day Celebration, July 4th –  4thFEST at Boys Ranch Park will feature free live musical entertainment, a variety of themed family friendly activities.  When the sun goes down the massive fireworks extravaganza will light up the night sky.
Flower Mound Independence Fest 2014 and Fireworks Show, July 4th - presented by Market Street! Headlined by KANSAS, which celebrated its 40th year as a band last year.  The day of activities begins with our annual Children's Parade at the LISD School Administration Building, 1800 Timber Creek Road, and concludes with a fantastic fireworks finale at around 9:50 p.m. that follows the free concert featuring KANSAS at Bakersfield Park.
