     - A 30 year fixed rate mortgage loan
     - Down payment and closing cost assistance of up to 5% of the loan amount
If you are any one of the following:
     *Classroom teacher or teacher’s aide
     *School Librarian
     *School Nurse or Counselor
     *Nursing or Allied Health Faculty
     *Firefighter or EMS Personnel
     *Peace Officer or Corrections Officer
     *County Jailer
     *Public Security Officer
     *An individual or family at or below 80% Area Median Family Income (AMFI)
This is down payment assistance for individuals or families who might not otherwise be able to afford to purchase a home because of lack of money for down payment.
