Being a Realtor in the Dallas Area is great! I'm new to the business and the winter was painfully slow.  The closer it gets to spring the busier it gets. It was almost like a switch was flipped when January hit! I have 2 closings in February and am working on 2 for March. I was able to finally purchase some leads and am looking forward to the increased exposure! I feel like it will be a snowball effect. Activity begats activity. Stay tuned and keep up with my journey. I know it will be a great one!
