Even if you have a beautiful headboard, the space above your bed can seem empty if left untouched. This space can be tricky to decorate, but that doesn’t mean you should leave it blank.
Housing Inventory Down 26
The predictions were that we might stabilize in 2015 with the inventory of available listings on the market. Well, February statistics prove differently. The NTREIS MLS inventory is down 26 percent from one year ago, a significant change from December when the inventory was down 14 percent from one year prior. The reason is obvious in the DFW real estate market. There continues to be an increasing number of buyers with only a limited housing inventory. Centralized Showing System confirms that some hot new listings are having upwards to 30 showings the first day on the market, and the forecast for 2015 – hot, hot, hot! The booming North Texas economy, with the highest job and population growth numbers in the country, can take the credit for most of the housing market gains, industry members say. The DFW market is the number one job creator in the nation, and the move to the area from all over the world is only accelerating.
